1980s
ERIC BATES '89 B.A. History, writes, "I've been a financial advisor since 1994 and started Eric B. Bates Consulting Group in 2003. I am financial adviser and vice president of wealth management at Smith Barney, overseeing business in 16 states. I also enjoyed playing three years of professional baseball with the Cincinnati Reds. My wife, Suzanne, and I make our home in Roseville."
CHARLES JOHNSON ’87 writes, "I received my B.S. in 1987 and master's in 1992, both in Criminal Justice, and since have earned my Ph.D. at Washington State University in December 2008. I am a retired California Highway Patrol officer and-live in Spokane, Wash., with my wife, Sharon, and children Nicholas and Alexandra. I am currently an adjunct professor of criminal justice at Washington State University in Pullman."

MARY ALVAREZ-GREESON '86,'89,'95,'05, Education/Multiple Subject Credentials; '92 M.A., Education, writes,"After earning an Ed.D from USC in May 2008, I am now the interim director for the Multilingual and Multicultural/Equity, Access and Achievement Department in the Sacramento City Unified School District. Prior to this position, I was the bilingual teacher at Washington Elementary in the SCUSD. Elk Grove is home for me." MEMBER
ANNA LEVICK HALEY, '98,'03,'04, Education (multiple subject credentials) writes, "I'm a music teacher and librarian in the Alameda Unified School District. I also give private piano lessons and run preschool rhythm groups. My husband and I are the proud parents of a toddler, Simon Piercy Haley Moskalev, and we live near the UC Berkeley campus."
JOHN O'SULLIVAN '97 B.S., Physical Education writes, "It seems like such a short time ago that I was graduating from Sac State. Now I live in El Dorado Hills with my wife, Audrey Lee, and commute to my job as athletic director at the Capitol Athletic Club in downtown Sacramento."
JUDY (WILKINSON) THOMA '99 B.A., Art/Anthropology and '06 M.A. History, writes, "I have returned to Sac State as a lecturer in the Humanities/ Religious Studies Department. Two years ago, my family and I opened HEYDAY Restaurant in Placerville. My husband, Jeff, (’93) and one of our three sons are also Sac State grads. With my busy life, I still find time to paint and have been the featured artist this past year at Para VI Winery. We live in Camino."
2000s
TIMOTHY ALBERT SBRANTI '07 B.A., Government; '98 and '03 Education Credentials, writes, "As a student, I was the Associated Students, Inc. education director, and now I'm eager to get involved with the Alumni Association, and looking forward to the many opportunities that keep alums connected to the campus by being a volunteer. I am a teacher at Dublin High School and am now the vice-mayor for the city of Dublin, where my wife, Stephanie, and I reside."
