Celebrate Alumni Month with your family, friends and fellow Hornets at one or all of these evening activities. There’s an event for every style and taste.

Stinger Wine & Food Classic – Friday, April 17, Alumni owned restaurants and wineries are the highlight of this event by the Stinger Athletic Association. Proceeds support athletic scholarships. Congratulations to Karen Gee ’99, winner of the Alumni Month drawing for two tickets to the Stinger Wine & Food Classic.

Hornets Dining on the Move - Tuesday, April 21, is a progressive Dinner with a twist. Attendees will enjoy a night of dining at Dragonfly, Zocalo, 58 Degrees and Holding, Paesanos and Java City. Pay once; eat four times and finish your evening with a cappuccino.

Sacramento State Night at the River Cats – Thursday, May 7, Sacramento State is the main attraction at this River Cat baseball game.

Sacramento State Students Take Alternative Action

Sacramento State students had a choice of spring breaks this semester. They could vacation with friends or family and take the week to catch their breath from school’s pace, or choose Alternative Break - Spring 2009, and volunteer to help the community.

Architect’s exhibit graces Sac State gallery

Sander Architects balances poetry with pragmatics.The works of Sander Architects, which espouses a balance between poetry and pragmatics, will be displayed at Sacramento State’s Design Gallery, Mariposa Hall, room 4000, April 7-17.
