Grad Fair is an event for graduating students that occurs each spring and fall semester. Attendees have the opportunity to purchase caps and gowns, graduation announcements, class rings, meet with recruiters and visit grad school programs. The Alumni Association and the Hornet Bookstore also offer Grad Fair specials on membership and merchandise.

GRAD PACK - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is included in my Grad Pack?
A 2-year membership in the Alumni Association, an alumni t-shirt, an alumni license plate frame, a coupon for $5 off your cap and gown purchase, plus all the benefits of memberhship in the Association - only $30!

Upgrade to Life - $400 special ($100 savings)
With a Life membership in the Alumni Association you never have to pay annual dues to stay connected to your alma mater. Plus with a life membership you will receive an alumni t-shirt, a METAL alumni license plate frame and a coupon for a FREE cap and gown. (Value not to exceed cost of bachelor's gown or $36.50.)

What are the benefits of membership in the Alumni Association?

I plan to buy a Grad Pack in advance. Where do I
pick it up?
At the Grad Fair on April 10, 2012, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., in the University Union, Ballrooms II and III. Please bring identification.

Can I buy my Grad Pack in person at the Grad Fair?
Yes!

What if I buy a Grad Pack in advance, and don't
attend the Grad Fair?
Grad Pack's will be available for pick up at the Alumni Center. The Alumni Center is located on the south side of campus next to Hornet Stadium and the Broad Fieldhouse. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Can I pick up my Grad Pack before April 10, 2012?
Due to the volume of Grad Pack purchases, we ask that you wait until the day of the Grad Fair or later to pick up your items.

Will I still be able to purchase a Grad Pack after
April 10, 2012?
A variation of this Grad Pack will still be for sale after April 10, 2012. However, we can only guarantee the offer including a t-shirt, license plate frame, 2-year membership and $5 cap and coupon voucher for Grad Pack's purchased between now and May 4, 2012.
